what, no sleep this weekend" Cami said, coming in the room and sitting down. "mmm" was all max could manage.
"so tell me how it went."
"how what went?' max said groaning.
"...Friday".Cami said looking back at Priscilla empty desk.

"what?" max said, sitting up, looking at the door.
"hey" Priscilla said, walking in, smiling at her.

"hey, no apologies, its good, we're cool" she said, holding out her hand. max looked at her a moment. "we're cool" she said, skating her hand, smiling.
A FEW MONTHS LATER....
"i swear that man ages by the minute." Cami said, as her, max and Priscilla walked to the lockers. "any plans this weekend." she asked.
"i think im just going to call it a movie weekend, relax..nothing special, you?" Priscilla asked, looking at Cami.
"i actually have plans with Adam tonight, for once" Cami said smiling.
" i wish you'd give it up, and realize he treats you like crap cam, and you know it" max said fighting with her locker.
"and what are your plans this weekend" Cami said, a little attitude in her voice.
"moms working late again, as usual, so im going to harleys".
"sounds cool, any plans?"
"nah, i think we're just going to take it easy this weekend. enjoy each others company."
"thats a first" Cami said rolling her eyes. " like, every weekend, you two go into hibernation, none heres from ya'll until, like Sunday night, if even that, i swear, if all i had to do was eat, sleep and have sex, I'd be living i fucking heaven." they all laughed.

"alright, which movie is it going to be,...saw..saw2...matrix..?" Harley said looking though movies.
"how about...we watch something different" max said, coming up behind her and massaging her shoulders.
"like what" Harley said smiling, talkingher hand and pulling her infront of her.
"like say, the notebook" mas said, her eyes all big, as she looked at Harley

"i thought we were going to take it easy this weekend" Harley asked.
"fuck taking it easy, we can take it easy when we're old" max said smiling at her.

"Harley?" max said, standing up "whats going on?" Harley stood there a moment, before turning and looking at max.
"its Cami, somethings wrong....i could'nt understand...something about Adam...she needs us to come get her."
"ok" max said, zipping and buttoning her pants, grabbing her shirt and putting it back on. "were are they" she asked.
"at the park" Harley said as they got in the car "she sounds flustered." they pulled into the park.
"i don't see anything" mas said.
"wait..." Harley said, pulling around, spotting their car, Cami up against it obviously trying to tell him something, he reached up slapping her, causing her to fall on the ground.
"STOP THE CAR!" max yelled, screeching to a hault, Harley put the car in park, max jumping out. "you fucking bastard." she said, running over.
"you fucking bastard!" max hollared walking up, pushing Adam, he was drunk, swaying slightly to one side.
"you want to hit somebody, hit me then, hit me! hit me! i want you to!"
"max!" Harley yelled running over.
" go on, hot me! hit me! i guarantee you i want hesitate to hit your ass back" she said, getting in his face.
"max!" Harley said walking over, grabbing her waist and pulling her back.
"fucking bastard not worth shit" max said, starring at him, walking over, bending down were Cami was.
"Cami re you ok"
"its not his fault max, he....he doesn't know what he's doing." Cami said crying. max looked up, gleaming at him, just standing there.

"don't you ever fucking touch her again, EVER!" she said, as they walked back to the car.
"hey! you cant take her, shes mine!" he yelled after them, attempting to come after them, but his legs were to weak for him to go anywhere.
driving back, it was quit, looking in the back from the mirror, Cami sat, looking out th window. max broke the silence.
"what...happened" she asking, shaking.
"we were just wasting time...at the park...before going to a party a friend of his was having." she said, wiping a tear from her eye. "....i could tell he'd been drinking....i could smell it on his breathe....i..i did'nt realize it was that bad until...we got ready to leave...h..he was stumbling...i told him e was in no condition to drive..that started an argument....he got louder and meaner with every second....thats when i called you guys." she said starting to cry.
"you have to stop seeing him cam...you have to, do you realize you could have been killed?..do you?"
"can we just drop it ok" Cami said, her voice raising a little nothing more was said, they dropped her off at her house a few minutes later, leaving and headed back to harleys.
"he hit her?" Priscilla said. shock in her voice. "fuck that" she said, sitting back in her seat and crossing her arms. a few minutes later Cami appeared, books at her chest, her gaze downward, still a little blue were it bruised. sitting down, max noticed new bruise on her arm. oh god.
"cam...c..Cami...Cami..where'd did that come from" mas said, looking at her.
"oh...i ran into the door this morning...running late" max stared at her. unbelievable. "Cami....you have to stop seeing him."
"it was a one time thing max, give it up." Cami said, rolling her eyes.
"one time thing?..some how i highly doubt him drinking is a one time thing" max said looking at her.
"i understand you concern max, i do, but i can handle it, really, don't worry about it" she said, looking at her, turning and looking down at her desk. max starred at her, narrowing her eyes, " if you don't go to the authorities, i will" she said, standing up, grabbing her books and heading for the door.
"no max, pls, ok , alright, ill stay away from him"

"you think shes really going to stay away from him" Harley asked, on there way to take max home.
"i hope so, for her sake...god i just...i really don't want to go to my friends funeral" max said looking out the window.
"hey" Harley said, lacing her hand in hers.
"everything will be ok, you gave her advice, all you can do is hope she takes it" she said, brushing her hand. pulling up at her house, Harley kissed her once more, squeezing her hand. "everythings going to be fine ok, i love you"
" i love you to sweetheart" max said, getting out, "we're still on for Friday right?" Harley yelled from the drivers seat. "yea" max said smiling s she turned, walking in th house.
"are you free tonight" mas asked Cami, as she put her books in her locker, closing it.
"yea, whats planned" she said leaning against the lockers, looking spacey.
"well.." max said trailing off, looking at her for a moment.
"me, Priscilla, and Harley were thinking movies" she said, looking at her.
"I've got nothing better to do" she said, still sort of spaced out.
"ah come on ca, its not the end of the world, nobody deserves to be hit, nobody, you can do better than him, your going to fins you someone soo much better than that, you'll see. she said, pointing at her. Cami came out of her spaced out self and gave her a glare, which turned into a half smile. "whatever" she sad, rolling her eyes.
"lets get out of here" she said throwing her arm around maxs shoulder as they headed out.
"will you tell me if somebodys going to get sliced in half, or not' max asked again, sitting down in a seat.
"you'll just have to wait and see babe" Harley said, grinning, as she sat down beside her. Priscilla sitting next to Cami, on the other side of max. they were half way though the movie, it was ok, not scary enough really. at least nobody was getting sliced...yet, she added as a second thought. looking over at Cami, who looked back and smiled.
"you ok" max asked
"yea, im fine, really helps being with you guys" she said looking at the screen.
"thats what were here for: max said slightly hugging her.
"are we picking up were we left off last weekend or something new" Harley said walking over to were max was sitting on the bed, taking her hands.
"i was thinking...notebook, then the crow" mas said smiling.
"hmmm, mr.crow huh?...sounds..interesting" Harley said, smiling, swinging their hands slightly. "sounds like another all nighter"
"all nighter, early morning" max said looking at her slyly.

it was pointless really, "watching the notebook, when there really was no watching involved. they were to busy with other things not really caring to pay attention. however, when it came time to put the crow in, they were ready to watch. laying there, max gently rubbed her hand on harleys stomach, resting her head on her shoulder, they held each other as they watched the movie.
"Harley i want to try again" max said, sitting up, looking at her.
"try again" she said looking at her curiously.

the sound of the doorbell brought mx to the door. opening it, finding Priscilla standing there, wife beater, basketballll shorts, her boxers showing a little, priscilla narrowed her eyes at max, giving her a stare.

"just get in here" max said, grabbing her arm and pulling her inside.
"are you drunk" Priscilla asked, as they walked up the stairs.
